Football season is right around the corner and the town of Jupiter is making preparations to take fans to one of this year’s Miami Dolphins game.

The town is sponsoring a bus trip to see the Miami Dolphins take on the division rival New England Patriots on December 15 at Sun Life Stadium. Kickoff for the game is at 1pm with the bus leaving the community center on North Military Trail at 9:30am.

The cost of the trip is $130 for Jupiter residents and $160 for nonresidents and includes the game ticket, round trip coach bus transportation, and pregame tailgate refreshments.

The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter will host the Arrigo FIAT Classic August 24 and 25 as part of the Palm Beach County Golf Association Championship season.

Part of the 2013 PBCGA Championship Schedule that has seen stops at clubs such as PGA National and Frenchman's Reserve, the Arigo FIAT Classic is one of 18 events that local golfers will compete in leading up to the PBCGA Tour Championship at the end of the year.

Points will be distributed to the top 20 finishers in the event with 100 points going to the winner of the event. At the end of the year two awards will be given to the top point earners of the season at the Tour Championship.

Several changes and additions are coming to the Jupiter are over the next several months and year. The area of Jupiter Inlet Village that stretches from A1A and Jupiter Beach Road all the way north to the Jupiter Lighthouse will see several renovation projects and new additions over the next several years. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is celebrated its 10th anniversary by breaking ground on a new expansion.  It is currently the largest award winning theater in Florida, attracting over 70,000 annual visitors.

Renovations are well under way at Maltz Jupiter Theater.  An estimated $2.5 million will be spent on the theaters new facelift.  A concierge will greet you in the expansive lobby and luxurious seats will wrap around you at show time.  There will be less time waiting in line and higher level of theater performances.

Waterfront Properties own Michael Bellemur won the 46th Annual Robert Trent Jones Classic at Birnam Wood Golf Club in California.

The member-guest golf tournament is one of the signature events held at the Santa Barbara club every year. Bellemur and his playing partner Jay Stein competed in the three day event with all three days having a different format. The first round was a two-ball aggregate event with two man scramble and better ball events taking place the other two days.

Michael won the overall championship with a final round 68. Birdieing the final hole to force a playoff, Bellemur birdied the first playoff hole to capture the title.

Buckingham Palace welcomed a new addition with the birth of George Alexander Louis, Prince of Cambridge.  The third in line to the British throne will never have to worry about the current real estate market.  

Baby George will live in the preeminent house in London.  Buckingham Palace is the official London residence and principal residence of the British monarch.  In the beginning, the original large townhome was built for the Duke of Buckingham in 1705.  Subsequently, three wings were added and during the 19th century and the townhouse was enlarged. On Wednesday, and a day before the start of the WGC Bridgestone Invitational, Jack Nicklaus and PGA Tour Commisioner Tim Finchem sat in the clubhouse at Firestone Country Club and made a historic announcement.

In 2015, the Presidents Cup will make it's first ever trip to Asia and on Wednesday it was announced that it would be held at a Jack Nicklaus designed course. Jack Nicklaus Golf Club in Korea has been selected to host the event. Located in the Songdo International Business District, just 40 miles west of Seoul, opened in 2010 and has hosted a Champions Tour event as well as the Songdo Championship on the Asian Tour and the Korea Women's Open on the KLPGA Tour.
