The Town of Jupiter and the Village of Tequesta are nestled between Palm Beach Gardens and Stuart. Both areas cater to the outdoor style, as they wrap around the Loxahatchee River and Intracoastal Waterway, which provide incomparable views to residents. For this reason, water sports and boating are abundant. Jupiter and Tequesta also offer their share of championship golf courses and pristine beaches frequented often under consistently sunny skies.

A brand new dining and market complex in Jupiter will have a familiar face backing the investment. Joe Namath, the famous Super Bowl winning quarterback of the New York Jets, and developer Charles Modica make up the power duo behind "Charlie and Joe's at Love Street".

The new complex will feature three restaurants and a seafood market and is set to open in January of 2021. The site will be a "sprawling hospitality hub that’s unlike any establishment around the inlet and some of the best views of that majestic lighthouse." according to the Palm Beach Post. Here is a breakdown of what’s to come at Love Street.
