According to a new analysis by Swiss Bank USB, they have factored into determining the most expensive cities to live such factors as residential price points, goods and services as well as high taxes and after tax wages.

Charles Modica, local developer, is self-confident that town administrators and the public will see that his proposal, to turn four acres on Love Street into an open-air marketplace, as the “best use for the land”. The Town of Jupiter planning and zoning commission agrees. The commission voted 6-1, on Nov. 10, 2015, to recommend that the $30 million plan be approved.

Contingent on how the $30 million Jupiter Inlet Funky Fishing Village plan is received, as an enhancement or as an atrocity; the proposal is up for a vote on December 15, 2015. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday evening, at 7 p.m,  Jupiter Town Hall, before the town council.
