The Downtown Palm Beach Gardens hosts a free outdoor concert every Friday and Saturday nights.

The free weekly outdoor concert is held in the Center Court of the shopping and lifestyle center. The musical lineup features regional and local bands performing the latest hits. The bands play everything from country, classic rock, pop, jazz, oldies, blues, R&B, and everything in between.

Before or after the concert, make sure to check out one of the several restaurants located at the Downtown for something to eat. Restaurants includes The Cheesecake Factory, Grimaldi’s Coal Brick Oven Pizza, The Yard House, Avocado Cantina, Texas de Brazil, Sloan’s Ice Cream Shop, and Le Bouchon.

Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is adding a new rebranded restaurant to its directory. The popular Avocado Grill has a location in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, however the Palm Beach Gardens location has been rebranded and renamed to Avocado Cantina and is now open for business.

The new restaurant opened this past Monday and features build your own margaritas, an extensive tequila menu, Mexican street corn, tacos, and specialty dishes. According to the chef, the restaurant was rebranded because Palm Beach Gardens was craving good Mexican food and their special Mexican themed-dishes, drinks, and events always drew a large crowd in the past.

If you still have left over Halloween candy from over the weekend, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center is once again hosting their autumn Wrapper Recycling Drive.

The Wrapper Recycling Drive is in its fifth year, and the program is meant to raise awareness of the amount of plastic waste that is used during the holiday season. To participate in the program is simple. Simple bring all your empty wrappers to either a drop off location or the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. The empty wrappers will then be sent to a New Jersey based recycling company that turns the recycled wrappers into school supplies and other goods.

A beloved Jupiter Mexican style taqueria, PapiChulo Tacos, has opened a new location in Royal Palm Beach. This new hot spot boasts a chill Southern Cali / Baja Coast vibe lust like it’s sister restaurant to the northern end of Palm Beach County on U.S. One.

Both PapiChulo Taco locations serve up the same Mexican-style menu of tasty tacos, nachos, cleverly crafted cocktails, desserts and more! Halloween is upon us, and nothing could be scarier than what 2020 has doled out already, COVID19. No worries for sunny South Florida.  Social distance candy distribution for Halloween 2020 has not gone to the birds, it has gone to sports nuts! This year the simple act of trick or treating and handing out candy has become complicated and as such people are adjusting on how they plan to celebrate the holiday.
