The Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society is hosting their 21st Annual Boo At The Zoo event during the month of October.

The No-So-Scary Halloween tradition continues and brings a very spookacular but very safe and fun trick-o-treat experience for children of all ages. In addition to the treat-o-treating, there will be character meet and greets, WILD zoo prices, a DJ dance party, kid’s activities, costume contests and much more.

This October, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting two events that you should plan on attending.

The historic red lighthouse has been Jupiter’s icon since it was constructed in 1860. The lighthouse grounds are surround by more than 120 acres of native habitat and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area is a part of the United State National Conservations Lands program. Today, the Loxahatchee River Historical Society manages and preserves the lighthouse and its cultural heritage.

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is back again for the 25th season and begins this Saturday, October 5th. The outdoor market is taking place along the West Palm Beach waterfront and Clematis Street along Flagler Drive.

The GreenMarket is one of the largest in the area and features a variety of products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, spices and herbs, flowers, plants, baked goods, prepared meals, specialty foods, coffee, tea, homemade crafts and much more. There is also live music, $10-dollar unlimited mimosas and free activities for children.

The West Palm Beach GreenMarkets opens at 9 am this Saturday, October 5th and goes until 1 pm. The market is free to attend, and dogs are welcomed.

Head to Tequesta tonight for this year’s Tequesta National Night Out. The night of fun will feature live music, bounce houses, family-friendly demonstrations from the Tequesta Police Department’s K-9, emergency response exhibits and much more.

National Night Out is a community event to bring together and form a relationship with the community and police department. Tequesta’s National Night Out is taking place tonight at Constitution Park on Seabrook Road. The event starts at 5 pm to 9 pm.

In addition to the National Night Out, Constitution Park is also hosting their Friday Night Food Truck Pow Wow and a concert from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Camp Tanah Keeta is a private 640-acre natural area that borders Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The haunted 5K run is for those 16 years old and older.

Head to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum every Monday night to enjoy the outdoor Twilight Yoga at the Light.

Enjoy the serenity and relaxation of Yoga with your friends at sunset. The class is taught by Yoga instructor Mary Veal and the class is every Monday night. All levels of yoga are welcomed to attend. You are asked to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and flashlight.

The classes are weather dependent, and you are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early and meet at the Museum’s flagpole where you will be taken to the Lighthouse Deck for the class.

The Fall Fest is back for another year in Jupiter this Saturday, October 5th. The official start to fall was last week, Monday, September 23rd and nothing beats the perfect fall weather in Florida.

Head over to The Plaza Down Under on the Riverwalk to help celebrate fall and the festival also helps to celebrate the return of Jupiter’s seasonal residents. This year, the theme will be the Day of the Dead theme, the Mexican fall holiday.
