Palm Beach County is home to several championship golf courses and is home to some of the most notable LPGA and PGA Tour golf professionals in the country. Every winter the PGA Tour tournament, The Honda Classic is played at the PGA National Resort and Spa. Palm Beach County is home to many golf courses and programs aimed for families and children who want to learn and play golf together.

Families can buy a Junior Golf Card for $50 dollars or a Junior Golf Card Plus for $150 dollars and is available to golfers ages 18 and under. For either price, junior golfers are allowed to play as much golf as they want starting at 11:30 am in the summer. The card also includes complimentary access to rental clubs and the courses offer Junior instruction, Junior camps, range ball allowance, and a variety of junior merchandise from the Pro-shops.

Park Ridge Golf Course in Lake Worth
Southwinds Golf Course in Boca Raton

John Prince Golf Learning Center in Lake Worth

Besides the access to public courses, special clinics are being held throughout the year so junior golfers can improve their golfing skills. The John Prince Golf Learning Center in Lake Worth has an exceptional practice facility and many short golf holes to play and practice on.

Abacoa Golf Club offers Junior Golf Programs in two sessions: Summer Golf Camp offered Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm from June 24th -27th or July 8th through 11th, or at their Junior Golf Program every Saturday during the summer. To learn more about the Golf Camps, click here.
