With the warmer weather approaching, South Florida is a great place to get out of the water and enjoy a nice boat ride. Owning a boat can be a lot of maintenance and expenses but luckily for us here in Palm Beach County, there is several Boat Clubs to consider joining without the hassle.

Several Boating Clubs around the area offer affordable memberships for you to join and get out on the water.  There is many advantages of joining a Boat Club that include reserving whichever boat you wish to take out that day online or by calling and the boat will waiting for you either at your home, marina or Boat Club for your convenience when you arrive. The Clubs offer a large variety and sizes of boats for you to choose from, with new boats arriving to their lineup all the time.

Once the reservation is secured, the boat will be cleaned, fueled and ready to go for a day of fun out on the water and once your day is done just return the boat and the Boat Club will take care of the rest. No cleaning, fueling or maintenance is involved.

For those not completely conformable on the water, the clubs offer one on one training and orientation classes before you begin.  The State of Florida requires that anyone who wishes to operate a vessel of 10 horsepower or more and is born after January 1st, 1988, must complete and pass a boater safety course.
