WHY THE BEACH MAKES US SO HAPPY

Living near the beach is the best therapy.  As the sun streams in the floor to ceiling panes of the oceanside condominium, and a smile graces the face of our guests, it dawns on me, the ocean view is great therapy.

SALT WATER SPORTSMAN NATIONAL SEMINAR SERIES

Attention, Jupiter anglers...pick up the latest in fishing strategies and techniques, as well as ideal locations, learn tides, moon phases, and the “how to” of catching any salt water game fish.  The educational course is the longest running course in the nation and will take place at the Jupiter High School Performing Arts Center, 500 North Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33477  from 9am – 4pm on March 2nd.

Jupiter To Host Major League Baseball Over Next Month

For the next month, the city of Jupiter, Florida will be home to hundreds of professional athletes and thousands of fans. They will all flood the community of Abacoa to see their favorite Major League Baseball teams and players train and prepare for the upcoming 2013 season.

The Housing Market in South Florida is Bouncing Back!

News of the real estate market in south Florida making a come back has been making headlines. According to the recent home price index released by Standard & Poor (S&P) in January of 2012, the prices of homes in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties have risen considerably. Since October of 2011, the home prices have risen 0.8 percent and a whopping 9.9 percent from the year before. October was the 11th consecutive month that home prices have grown in these three counties on an annual basis, according to the Sun Sentinel.
