There is a new restaurant coming to Palm Beach Gardens this November. FireFin Grill is taking over the former Carmine’s Ocean Grill on PGA Boulevard.

FireFin is the newest seafood and steak restaurant coming to Palm Beach Gardens. The restaurants is aiming to open on Friday, November 15th and the restaurant aims to fight the lionfish invasion one delicious plate at a time. The new restaurant’s name FireFin describes the reddish fish with vibrant stripes and spiny fins.

The new restaurant is part of Twisted Management Group which also own The Twisted Tuna waterfront restaurant in Port Salerno. The Management Group is also looking to open The Twisted Tuna’s second location in Jupiter.

Carmine’s Ocean Grill is still open on PGA Boulevard and there is a transition in progress to move towards the FireFin branding. The new name and menu will be revealed during the opening weekend starting Friday, November 15th.

The new menu will offer more variety than seafood and will include chops, burgers, tacos, sushi, steaks, local catch seafood, fish and of course lionfish. The restaurant purchased a license to be able to bring in the lionfish fresh. In addition to the newer menu, FireFin will have a craft cocktail bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and live music.
