Rosemary Square, formally known as CityPlace in West Palm Beach is currently undergoing a five-year, $550 million-dollar renovation that will transform the retail and entertainment center into a new community and vibrant destination for all who visit.

The new shopping and lifestyle destination will offer 72 acres of more retail space, a new hotel, art and cultural programs, and residences. The streets throughout will be undergoing a redesign to include wider and curb less sidewalks, new landscaping and much more. The renovations currently under way will transform the old CityPlace into a new Rosemary Square.

In addition to the renovations, Rosemary Square will be adding a new 30,000 square foot office building, a 21-story mixed use tower to include commercial space and residences, a luxury hotel, a water pavilion, outdoor public spaces and venues, and more greenspace to name a few.

Many new retail and restaurants are open and set to open in the new Rosemary Square in the next couple of months. Some of the new additions include a new Restoration Hardware RH West Palm, Casper, Capital One Café, Sur La Table, True Food Kitchen, High Dive, Barrio Sangria Bar, Tacos & Hip Hop and much more.
