Many hands make for little work! Jupiter and Juno Beach have some of the most pristine beaches in Palm Beach County. It is all in thanks to locals who volunteer to keep the beach clean. There are organized beach clean ups to attend or just do your own beach clean-up on your own.

Thousands of marine animals globally have been affected by plastic pollution, including sea turtles, seabirds, and marine mammals. Beach clean-ups are vital to mitigate the problem caused by ocean debris and the danger that plastic pollution poses to marine life.

Sometimes you just can make it to the ocean, so bring the ocean to you – via webcam! Live webcams offer virtual excursions to Palm Beach County sights and attractions, including beaches, shorelines, and piers. Rain or shine watch the waves roll ashore. Let the sparkles glisten on the ocean’s surface, bright white beaches, and Palm fronds sway in the tropical breeze.

From home, soak up dazzling ocean scenes and other sights from the Palm Beaches including inlets and the Port of Palm Beach. Some live webcams are right in the water and feature sea life swimming along.

Watch for free online. No sunscreen is required. Flip-flops optional.

As one of Palm Beach County's most natural thrills, it is always amazing that approximately 3,000 enormous sea turtles still stagger onto South Florida’s beaches at night to lay their eggs. Every year between March and October, the pristine beaches are decorated with orange-colored tape and signs to show where these amazing, archaic sea creatures have buried their nest.

Under the pale light the moon shines onto the beaches, turtle nesting season is such an awe-inspiring scene to watch. As the sea turtles made their way up to the beach to dig holes in the sand and lay their eggs and then they disappear back into the deep blue.

Up and down the beautiful Atlantic Coast, you can witness this amazing spectacle yourself as environmental groups and parks…

Jupiter has miles and miles of beautiful beaches along its coastline. Jupiter’s beaches are known for their warm, clear waters and shores that are enveloped by the natural features of the area, such as dunes, mangroves, and sea grape trees. Each area of Jupiter's beachfront has a different feel, whether you are looking to have a family picnic, catch a wave, search for shells, or bring your furry family member to play at the beach.

Jupiter is home to one of the last friendly dog beaches around. Dogs are allowed on the beach between dune walkovers 26-57, or approximately between Ocean Cay Park and Carlin Park. Click here to see a map Jupiter-beaches-map-pdf of Jupiter’s dog beach.
