CPB at The Colony Palm Beach: The colorful boutique hotel has opened a new restaurant hotel this past December. CPB is led by executive Chef Tom Whitaker and offers a contemporary American dining experience with a playful twist. The menu is spilt into three sections, seasonal, harvest, and classics. The classic side of the menu features dishes such as steak tartare, poached lobster, and beef tenderloin. The seasonal side features roasted chicken breast, and confit lamb belly, where the harvest side features roasted cauliflower and avocado and cucumber gazpacho. This year marks a massive anniversary celebration as it is the 50th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade of Delray Beach is a spectacle you won’t want to miss. A holiday-time event that is unique to Southern Florida is the Boat Parade. All throughout southern Florida’s waterways local boat owners decorate their vessels with millions of lights to celebrate the holiday season. The glistening boats line up and parade throughout the waterways for local spectators to watch. This year is the 45th Annual Boynton Beach Boat Parade. 

The parade will begin on Friday, December 8th at 6:00pm. “This flotilla of brightly-decorated boats will line up at the Lantana Bridge near Old Key Lime House and motor south along the Intracoastal Waterway to the C-15 canal in Delray.
