ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival is returning for another year and this upcoming year, the arts festival will be in Palm Beach Gardens.  For the past 20 years, the annual art festival was held in Jupiter but due to construction, the festival is moving to Palm Beach Gardens.

The entirely outdoor festival is taking over the Gardens North County District Park the weekend of February 13th through February 14th, 2021. This upcoming festival will be in its 36th year and will feature more than 280 artists. ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival was recently recognized as one of the top fine arts festivals in the country.

A recent study suggests that one of the favorite holiday drinks and favorite to drink during the cooler temperatures can do more than just warm you up. Hot chocolate has been found to boost brain power.

The recent study combined efforts between the University of Birmingham in the UK and the University of Illinois. The first part of the study was conducted on young males between the ages of 18 and 40 years old. The study is one of the first to be done that demonstrates the benefits of drinking hot cocoa.

The study participants underwent a non-invasive brain imaging to measure blood oxygen levels in the brain. Researchers pointed out that participants who consumed the flavanol-rich drink, often found in hot chocolate, produced a faster and greater…

One of Palm Beach Gardens newest Town Center is hosting a Holiday Toy Drive this Saturday to help spread joy this holiday season. Alton Town Center on Donald Ross Road is hosting a drive-thru Santa and Elves Toy Drive from 9 am to 11 am this weekend.

The shopping center will accept new, unwrapped toys to benefit Adopt A Family of the Palm Beaches. Santa and his elves will be onsite to help accept the donations and bring some holiday cheer. Guests will be able to meet Santa while remaining in the car. Children may grant their holiday wishes to Santa and will receive a special gift bag filled with goodies courtesy of Bolay. The Drive-thru holiday event will also feature special holiday inspired guests.

This holiday season, a rare ‘Christmas Star’ will light up the sky this month for the first time in 800 years. The rare shiny sighting will be visible from South Florida without a telescope and will kick off the winter solstice.

The timing lines up perfectly with the winter solstice meaning that December 21st is also the official start of the winter season. Luckily for us winter in South Florida consists of lots of sunshine and temperatures in the mid-70s to low-80s.

Good Housekeeping Magazine conducted a study of the “60 Charming American Town You Haven’t Heard of But Should Visit ASAP” and not only but the Martin County’s Stuart has made the list. Stuart ranked number six of 60 charming American towns and one of a few Florida towns on the list.

The charming city is a favorite by many.  Stuart is known as the Sailfish Capital of the world because of its location along the banks of the St. Lucie River, the Indian River Lagoon, and the eastern point of the Okeechobee waterways, where many sailfish are found in the waters.

The Royal Poinciana Plaza is excited to announce the return of SoulCycle. The series is part of the popular cycling studio’s SoulOutside by SoulCycle. Starting next week, SoulCycle is heading back to Palm Beach.

Classes being on Wednesday, December 23rd at the Royal Poinciana Plaza.  This will be SoulCycle’s third time in Palm Beach since they began their Destination Soul program a few years ago. Destination Soul brings SoulCycle cycling classes to area where there is not a studio.

Through the new SoulOutside series, SoulCycle is taking their 45-minute indoor cycle class outdoors. The classes will take place seven days a week during the winter at The Royal Poinciana Playhouse behind the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center.
