On Monday, The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach announced that former tennis great Jay Berger will be the club's new Director of Athletics. 

Berger has had quite the resume over his professional career. In addition to being a top-10 player in the world during his time playing on the pro tennis tour, he has also served as the coach of the Davis Cup team and the U.S. Olympic team. The South Florida real estate market continues to garner national headlines as business expands into the condo market. For months, million-dillion single family home sales were surging and it seems like that surge has bled into the condo market in Palm Beach County. 

According to appraiser Miller Samuel Inc., in the last month, signed contracts for condos worth at least $1 million jumped 300% from a year earlier. Palm Beach County has become a popular escape for the Northeast city residents that are seeking less congested area's during the pandemic.
