Every Wednesday on Palm Beach, the Worth Avenue Association host weekly Walking Tours from December 2018 through April 2019.

The walking tours are led by Historian Rick Rose who leads a fun and exciting tour around Palm Beach in his brightly colored suits and hats. The tours last approximately an hour and fifteen minutes.

The tours cover everything from the history of Worth Avenue and the influence the avenue has in the world of fashion. The tour also covers facts about architectural design, Architect Addison Mizner and his monkey friend, and the development of the popular social scene in Palm Beach making the island the first destination spot during the Gilded Age and the birthplace of luxury brand names.

The tour costs $10 dollars per person and the proceeds benefit the Town of Palm Beach United Way for the 2018 and 2019 season. No reservations or registration is required for the tour. The tours begin at 11 am at 256 Worth Avenue (Via Amore), across the street from Tiffany and Co. and Chanel near the foundation in the courtyard. Parking along Worth Avenue is free for 2 hours or there are several paid parking lots nearby.

The next walking tour is this Wednesday, March 6th at 11 am.
