According to the Palm Beach Post, the annual change in home sales in Palm Beach County has gone up 26 percent, from May 2011 to May 2012! This May has also been the 3rd consecutive month where home purchases have soared over the 1,000 mark. This month Florida realtors sold 1,115 homes in Palm Beach County according to a recent report. Fantastic!!!

Who new that adventures in a different country were closer than Disney World? For those of you who live in Jupiter, you may be surprised to learn that just over 55 nautical miles to the east is West End in the Bahamas. Local philanthropists with big hearts and big sport fishing boats headed out to improve the quality of life of others by participating in the HMY Winner’s Circle Charity Invitational hosted by, Philadelphia Phillies Hall of Fame third baseman,  Mike Schmidt.  Entry fees, part of which are tax deductable ranged from $3,000 - $25,000, for honorary chair, for four anglers, and also received four tickets to the annual Rock-n-Reel Gala held at the Admiral’s Cove Country Club.  Several of local Jupiter area residents are participating in the fishing tournament.
