The 22nd Annual Craft Festival is happening this Memorial Day Weekend in Downtown Delray Beach. The event will include paintings, jewelry, glass work, pottery, and much more.

Some of the nation’s greatest craftsmen will set up shop across the Delray Beach Tennis Center where you can talk and buy from them. There will also be a green market with gourmet sauces, handmade soaps, and beautiful live orchids available for purchase.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is preparing to release another sea turtle into the ocean this Wednesday, May 22nd. The sea turtle research and rehabilitation center plan on release Corwin at 10:30 am.

Corwin was found on the beach in Juno Beach in September and is a sub-adult loggerhead sea turtle. Corwin was found struggling in the surf on Juno Beach. After the staff from the center was contacted, Corwin was brought in and was underweight and in poor health. During its stay, the sea turtle received nutrition, iron and antibiotics and was closely monitored by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s staff. Earlier this month, Corwin was taken off of all medications and is now ready to be released back into the ocean.

The annual Roar & Pour is back at Palm Beach Zoo this summer on the 4th Saturday of every month from this week through August. The event will include a Summer Grill cuisine and Tiki Bar which opens at 5:00 with beer and wine!

Every week features another band and brew. This week will be the “Absolute Queen Tribute Band,” and “Copperpoint Brewing Company,” respectively.

Tonight, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting its weekly Twilight Yoga at the Light.

Come and experience Yoga with Mary Veal on the Lighthouse Deck at sunset. The event occurs every Monday unless otherwise noted. The Yoga class is for all levels of yoga and all are welcomed and encouraged to join in.

The class costs $10 dollars per person and you are asked to bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and a flashlight. The class starts at 7 pm tonight and you are asked to meet 10 minutes prior to the start of the class at the Lighthouse Museum.

This Thursday and Friday night you and your family can come out to the Hobe Sound Nature Center and watch as turtles lay their eggs on local beaches.

The females Loggerhead Sea Turtles will crawl out of the ocean and will carefully choose a spot to nest. She constructs a "body pit" by digging with her flippers and using her body. She will then lay her eggs; the average clutch sizes ranges from about 80 to 120 eggs. Once she is finished nesting, she will cover the eggs and return to the ocean.

This is a great event for Palm Beachers looking to experience first-hand one of the area’s signature creatures. It’s also perfect for kids looking to learn about local wildlife.

The Juno Beach Pier and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center are hosting their 5th Annual Juno Beach Pier Photo Contest. Submissions will be accepted for the perfect photo of the Juno Beach Pier until Friday, May 31st

The Juno Beach Pier is a treasured icon in Palm Beach County and the pier is used by fishermen and women, tourists and locals who just want to get a good view of the ocean or catch some of the best fish in our area.

Last year, the contest brought contestants from all over Palm Beach County and more than 80 photo submissions and the photos got over 40,000 views on Facebook.

The Summer Green Markets in Palm Beach Gardens have officially started on May 12th and will run until the end of September.

The Gardens Green Market is a rain or shine event and features some of the freshest fruits, vegetables, honey, herbs, homemade breads, pastries, homemade crafts and much more. The Green Market is a local farmers market and public event filled with art, entertainment and food.

The Gardens Green Markets occur every Sunday from now until September 29th at the STORE Self Storage and Wine Storage Center at 11010 N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens.

May is halfway until Halloween and this year the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter is hosting their Halfway to Halloween party again this Saturday, May 18th. Dress up in your favorite Halloween costumes for a night of fun, baseball and candy.
