If you are looking for an alternative to Trick-or-Treating through the neighborhood, then look no further. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Trunk or Treat event on Halloween to provide a safe, controlled and fun environment for the children.

On Thursday, October 31st from 5pm – 9pm, come out and enjoy this free, family fun event. There will be music, food, popcorn, snow cones, hayrides, a petting zoo, face painting, a bounce house, food trucks and loads of free candy! This event is open to the public and admission is free!

Food Trucks roll into Juno Beach on the last Wednesday of every month for their monthly Food Truck Day.

The ultimate lineup of Food Trucks takes over Juno Beach Park for one night only. The monthly food truck event is this Wednesday, October 30th from 3:30 pm to 9 pm. Each truck prepares each meal fresh and offers some of the best food truck dishes in Palm Beach County. The food ranges in price and cuisine and offers everything from tacos, to burgers, to pizza, to desserts, seafood and much more. There will also be drinks and live music through the day and night.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is dedicated to helping protect the ocean, marine life and injured and endangered sea turtles through their rehabilitation center and research programs. More recently the Loggerhead Marinelife Center has begun expansion on their new 27,000 square foot facility to help provide more research space and rehabilitate more sea turtles.

Peanut Island is a favorite destination for boaters.  Even in the Fall, Peanut Island offers lots of fun with fishing, snorkeling, and camping opportunities within the beautiful clean waters that surround it.  Take a casual stroll on the paved pathways which wrap around the Island as well as the guarded and unguarded beaches for a day of fun in the sun.

The island was created in 1918 as a result of material excavated during the Inlet construction. Its name comes from a peanut oil production plant which its primary function was to serve as a shipping terminal.  It wasn't a success. Head to Anchorage Park this weekend for the ultimate Food Truck Frenzy and Movie Night.

All are welcomed to come and spend time with neighbors and friends for dinner at the park. The Village of North Palm Beach hosts several Food Truck Frenzy each year and the next one is this Saturday, October 26th.
