The Coral Sky Amphitheatre at the South Florida Fair Grounds is an open-air music venue operated by Live Nation in West Palm Beach. The amphitheater is used for live music events and shows featuring some of the biggest musical stars and events.

The music venue is run and operated by Live Nation, the largest event promoter and operator in the world. The amphitheater seats roughly 20,000 people under the awning and on the lawn surrounding the stage.

The annual Sweet Corn Fiesta is coming up this Sunday at Yesteryear Village in the South Florida Fairgrounds. The festival is a celebration of Palm Beach County sweet corn spring growing season with those who make it happen!

There will be children’s games, music, a corn-eating competition and lots of locally grown sweet corn to eat. There also will be food vendors, rides and corn shucking competitions for children and adults. Contests begin at 1 p.m.

Adult admission is $10. Admission is $5 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for children younger than 5. An unlimited ride wristband is $5. Parking is free.

The West Palm Beach Food Tours are happening now until Tuesday, April 30th. The Hobe Sound Nature Center is celebrating Earth Day this Saturday with a great celebration for kids. Scheduled activities include the highly popular HOOK KIDS ON FISHING program for kids 6 to 16 with a parent. Co-sponsored by Anglers for Conservation, this event teaches techniques and tips for young anglers plus provides equipment to continue their new hobby with their families. Every month the Downtown at the Gardens hosts their Kids Crawl on the last Wednesday of the month.

Families are invited to enjoy the fun afternoon filled with activities for families and children, free carousel rides in the Centre Court, games, arts and crafts, restaurant and retailer promotions and much more.

Every month is a different theme and this month is a free day with the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. There will also be live local animals and a mock animal hospital.

The Kids Crawl is this Wednesday, April 24th at 11 am and goes until 1 pm in the Centre Court of the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center.

Next week, West Palm Beach’s waterfront will transform into the popular 4-day musical festival, Sunfest. Sunfest brings some of the biggest musical stars performing live to South Florida every spring. The Sunfest Music Festival starts next Thursday, May 2nd through Sunday, May 5th.

The first Sunfest was held in West Palm Beach in 1983 and has been an annual event ever since. Sunfest mixes musical styles and bands featuring a mix of different genres including pop, rock, rap, country, reggae, indie rock and more.
