Formally known as Whitehall, The Flagler Museum is one of the most famous landmarks and homes on Palm Beach Island. The grand estate features more than 100,000 square feet filled with some of the most important Palm Beach history and history about The Gilded Age. 

The home belonged to Henry M Flagler, an American Industrialist and Founder of Standard Oil. The marvelous home was a gift to his wife Mary as a wedding gift. The home was commissioned by Flagler to Hastings and Carrere and was completed in 1902. Carrere and Hastings were also architects for other famous landmarks during the time, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, and the New York Public Library to name a few.

The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is the former home of sculptor Ann Weaver Norton. Ann was the widow of Ralph Hubbard Norton. The two-acre estate showcases a collection of 250 species of tropical palms adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway and next to downtown West Palm Beach. The residence is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 

World-renowned botanist Sir Peter Smithers designed the Gardens as a unique and valuable tropical palm garden. The iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is a popular attraction for both locals and visitors in the area. The bright red lighthouse tower stands on top of the mound overlooking the Jupiter Inlet and all who sail by. 

The lighthouse has been a Jupiter staple since May of 1860 when the tower was completed. The light that shines from the tower can be seen for 24 nautical miles at sea. Today, the lighthouse is open for tours and allows visitors to climb the 105 steps to the take and enjoy the view. The lighthouse also hosts several events each month for a chance for locals to experience and hang out at the lighthouse with your friends and neighbors.
