For the ninth year, the City of West Palm Beach is bringing back a 700-ton sand tree, known as Sandi. Commencing on December 5, 2020 the sand Christmas will feature tree light shows and music. The shows and music will be presented from 6 to 10 p.m. daily through December 31, 2020 next to the 35-foot-tall “tree” in Sandi Land.  The National Association of Realtors held its Real Estate Forecast Summit where several experts weighed in on projections of what the market may look in 2021. We must never forget Pearl Harbor. It was one of the most pivotal moments in our country’s history. Pearl Harbor was called Wai Momi (“Pearl Waters”) by the Hawaiians because of the pearl oysters that once grew there.
