Starbucks customers can start the year off on a healthy note by going vegetarian, albeit, one day a week. Every Monday, from January 4th through 25th patrons will enjoy $2 off any vegetarian breakfast sandwich or wrap. The “Meatless Mondays” offer is offered at participating locations, while supplies last. Limit one per customer.

Southeast Florida real estate predictions for 2021 are favorable! The National Association of Realtors chief economist, Lawrence Yun, has readied real estate predictions for 2021. Last year the housing market was on fire with record-low mortgage rates and relocations made possible by remote job opportunities.

It is anticipated that home sales will maintain+ the 2020 momentum and will carry into 2021. The record low mortgage rates have been the key factor for home buying despite a challenging pandemic plagued job market.  Jobs will steadily recover especially knowing that the vaccine distribution is just around the corner.

It seems 2021 is starting off strong, in celestial phenomena at least.  The Town of Jupiter seems to draw a lot of confusion with our planetary namesake of Jupiter.  Lest one not confuse our beautiful, seaside Town of Jupiter to planet Jupiter. Let us recall with the epic celestial meeting of Jupiter and Saturn for the great conjunction, and a once-in-a-lifetime comet, 2020 was a big year for celestial phenomena. NASA calls one of the “best annual meteor showers,” will peak from January 2 into January 3,. Join the Friends of Jupiter Beach for the first beach cleanup of 2021!  The Friends of Jupiter Beach has been organizing beach cleanups on the FIRST Saturday of every month since 1994.  Join the non-profit organization this Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 8:30am – 9:30am at designated beach crossovers.  Volunteers, ranging from the young to the young at heart, (ages 4 to 84 and multiple generations), arrive from surrounding areas to help remove trash & recyclables.
