On the last Friday of the month, the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium hosts their reoccurring Night at the Museum event.

The popular event welcomes guests of all ages to come and enjoy the Science Center and Aquarium after hours. Every month the theme is different and this month the theme is Superhero Science. Superhero Science will feature live interactives with Superheroes, explore the new exhibit Hall of Heroes, arts and crafts, live demonstrations, face painting, shows, entertainment and much more. You are allowed to dress up as your favorite Superhero for the night.

There will be drinks and food from Wholesome Tummies Café available for purchase throughout the night.

The John D MacArthur State Park is the only state park located within Palm Beach County. The park was established in 1989 and the purpose of the park is to protect Florida’s southeast coast.

The state park is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Lake Worth Lagoon. The park features 438 acres of natural environment, more than seven species of plants and more than twenty-two species of animals that inhabit the park. Many of the animals that inhabit the park are either endangered or threatened.

On the last Wednesday of every month, Food Trucks roll into Juno Beach for their monthly Food Truck Day.

Head to Juno Beach Park this Wednesday for the ultimate lineup of Food Trucks from some of the best gourmet trucks all over Palm Beach County. Each truck specializes in their own set of dishes and desserts that makes their food truck stand out among the crowd. Each meal is freshly prepared and cooked made to order so that its is fresh and hot for you to enjoy.

The Royal Poinciana Plaza located at the heart of Palm Beach island is a 180,000 square foot outdoor lifestyle and shopping center with lush gardens and two courtyards. The newly renovated plaza is settled on the corner of Cocoanut Road and Royal Poinciana Way.

The Plaza was designed in 1957 by builder and architect John Volk, who was known for designing the homes for the Vanderbilt’s, Pulitzers, Fords, Du Ponts, and Dodges. The plaza is an example of his signature Palm Beach style. The Plaza underwent renovations that restored the plaza backs to its original style based on European architecture and lush courtyards. The State Park is located just 5 miles north of Jupiter in Martin County between Tequesta and Hobe Sound. The park got its name after a Quaker merchant named Jonathan Dickinson wrecked his boat off Florida’s coast in 1696.

During the second World War, the park serves as an army base and home to Camp Murphy, an army base for the Southern Signal Corps School. Today, you can still see the barracks throughout the park. Following the war, the property was transferred back to the State of Florida from the Government in 1947 to be used as a State Park. Johnathan Dickinson State Park officially opened to the public in 1950.
