The most anticipated time of year has come in southern Florida, sea turtle season. The turtles have come to lay their eggs and now the eggs are hatching. “The Biologist Beach Walk program is a unique opportunity for Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) in Juno Beach, educators to give the public insight into LMC’s research and conservation efforts.”

Attendees of the walks will get to learn about the different species of sea turtles, how they migrate, interact and nest on our beaches. The Town of Jupiter planning and zoning commission is reviewing a 72,000-square-foot CineBowl & Grille project. A grass field located across from the Roger Dean Stadium in Abacoa, has been vacant since the 16-screen Crown Theater was demolished in 2006. If approved by the town council, it will become a $21 million entertainment complex with bowling, food, movies and music and will bring entertainment to Abacoa located in Jupiter. No dates are set for public hearings. CineBowl & Grille is a family-friendly place. The design for CineBowl & Grille calls for 20-bowling lanes and restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating.
