All you need is love, especially so close to Valentine’s Day.  However, a little chocolate cannot hurt; it may even help you feel better!

Scientists at Cambridge University have conducted MRI’s of the brain and concluded a rather modest explanation.  Neuroscientist, Adrian Owen, of Cambridge University‘s Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre said, “The scientific data suggests that the mood enhancing effects of chocolate do not appear to affect the brain via a direct biological action.”   Scientists concluded that chocolate is linked to…

winter boating
This beautiful South Florida winter was a tad bit warmer than it usually is and motor boaters didn’t let the occasion drift on by. Not only because of the vast amount of sunshine, the great fishing, or the calming seas but because the gas prices are at a low! For boaters, the rate of engine friendly non-ethanol gas has reduced!

“According to Waterwayguide.com reports, prices for non-ethanol gas at Florida east coast marinas either stayed the same or dipped. The average drop was .35 cents per gallon from January 12-23 alone. The true boaters don’t let a buck in the price of fuel influence them from a gorgeous day with friends and…
