The 2019 and 2020 Season of Musicals has been announced at The Maltz Jupiter Theatre. This upcoming fall and winter, five Broadway shows will hit the stage in Jupiter.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is hosting their Sunrise Nest Excavation this August. The Sunrise Nest Excavations started on Thursday, August 1st, where the Marinelife Center staff will give the public an insight into their Research Department.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center has gotten permission from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to allow the public into their department. The unique program is led by a permitted staff member who will lead the guests down to the Juno or Tequesta beaches to talk about the nesting and hatching process of sea turtles. Every Thursday night, the city of West Palm Beach hosts their monthly Clematis By Night. Clematis By Night is part of the city’s Summer in Paradise program that provides free entertainment, outdoor concerts, restaurants deals and shopping discounts for its local residents.

The next Clematis By Night is Thursday, August 15th from 6 pm to 9 pm. The entertainment and music will be provided by Quick Fix. Quick Fix is more than your typical 5-piece band that plays a variety of rock, pop, soul, R & B, and cover songs. The opening act band will be the Mary Washington Brooks Band.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a non-profit sea turtle research, rehabilitation center and sea turtle hospital whose mission is aimed to protect the ocean and all that live in it. The Marinelife Center provides treatment and care for endangered and injured sea turtles before being released into the ocean.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach offers a special program that allows you to Adopt a Sea Turtle. By adopting a sea turtle, you help benefit the continuous care and treatment for the sick, endangered and injured sea turtles. You will also help by furthering the studies of green, leatherback and loggerhead sea turtles that nest along Juno Beach, Jupiter and Tequesta from March to the end of October.

The Jupiter Outdoor Center and the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their reoccurring Climb and Paddle event this Friday, August 9th.

The tour begins and ends at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse with an hour paddle around the Jupiter Inlet and surrounding waterways an hour before the start time. The event begins at 2 pm and check in starts 15 minutes before at the Lighthouse Museum Gift Shop.

Children under 16 must be accompanied to climb and paddle and children must be 6 years old to participate in the program. Personal kayaks and paddle boards are not permitted.

This Friday night, the city of West Palm Beach is hosting their reoccurring Screen on the Green event from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Come and enjoy the free family-friendly outdoor movie on the waterfront with family friendly activities and more. Screen on the Green occurs on the second Friday of each month and this month the outdoor movie playing is Captain Marvel.

The City of West Palm Beach is hosting their weekly Clematis By Night this Thursday, August 8th as part of their Summer in Paradise events. The event starts at 6 pm on Clematis street near the waterfront this Thursday night.

The Grassy Water Preserve is hosting their Kayak Cruise on Saturday, August 3rd at their Nature Center.

During the Kayak Cruise, you’ll guide through the shallow waters of the Everglades while learning about the history and ecology of the Grassy Water Preserve.

The Kayak Cruise begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 3rd. With Check-in beginning at 9 am at the Nature Center on Northlake Boulevard. Space is limited and reservations are required to participate.
