Downtown Abacoa
Downtown Abacoa features an old main street charm with its community feel and relaxed atmosphere. The 91,000 square foot neighborhood Town Center is centrally located near Florida Atlantic University’s Jupiter Campus, Scripps Research Institute, and some of the area’s most prestigious communities.
The Town Center is home to some of the area’s best restaurants, shopping, entertainment, the Abacoa amphitheater, professional businesses, hair and nail salons, and baseball. Some of the local shops include: Palm Harbor Boutique, East Coast Bridals and More, Ready2HangArt, and Ileen Girl Boutique. Some of the restaurants include Aaron’s Table and Wine Bar, Civil Society Brewing Company, Copacabana, Freshii, Costello’s Trattoria, Jumby Bay Island Grill, Hokkaido Hibachi and Sushi and more.
Downtown Abacoa features weekly events throughout the week including Pop-Up Lemonade Stands, Sunday Domino Tournaments at Copacabana, and kids eat free on special days and participating restaurants. Across the street from the Town Center is the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and features four minor league baseball teams and host the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals for their Spring Training going on now. Also located nearby is the Abacoa Skate Park, Abacoa Community Park and the public Abacoa Golf Club.
Every year, downtown Abacoa hosts several big events: The Feast of Little Italy Italian Festival which is usually in November, Artigras Art Festival usually in February, Wines Around The World usually in the Fall, and the Jupiter Craft Brewers Festival usually in January.
