Every weekend in Palm Beach County from now until late spring, there are several Green Markets in our area to purchase local crafts, baked goods, homemade items, fresh flowers, and fresh produce. The markets are brought together by the local towns to support our local growers and farmers. The Green Markets occur rain or shine.

Here are some of the Green Markets going on in our area this weekend.

Jupiter:
Jupiter Waterfront Market at Harbourside Place: The waterfront market is this Sunday from 10 am until 3 pm. The market runs along the Intracoastal and Dockside Circle and features everything from baked goods, produce and fresh flowers. The market is free to attend and occurs once a week.

Jupiter Farmers Market at El Sol: The friendly neighborhood resource center hosts a farmer’s market every Sunday from 9 am to 1:30 pm. The market has a variety of fresh produce, local and home-made goods, fruits, vegetables, and imported cheeses. The market is free to attend and open to the public. El Sol is located on the corner of Military Trail and Indiantown Road in Jupiter.

Palm Beach Gardens:
The Gardens Green Market occurs every Sunday at the City Hall Municipal Plaza located on Military Trail and Burns Road. The year-round market starts at 8 am through 1 pm and features fresh produce, homemade crafts, baked good, sauces and more. There will also be live entertainment from Double Vision. All are welcomed to attend.

West Palm Beach:
Every Saturday during the season, the waterfront of West Palm Beach transforms into a green market. The market has been running for over 20 and brings over 90 vendors every week to display fresh produce, crafts, spices, homemade jewelry, cheeses, dips, live music, and more. The market is free and open to the public. Parking is available at several downtown parking garages and the city offers free public docks for those who arrive by boat.

Stuart:
In Martin County, the green market in Stuart is one of the oldest in the area. The market is every Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm and offers organic eggs, prepared lunches and breakfast, grass fed beef and poultry, goat’s milk, fresh produce, and more. The market is located at Stuart’s City Hall at 121 SW Flagler Avenue.
