The Palm Beach Zoo is hosting a 6-day Spring Break Zoo Camp starting Monday, March 18th through Friday March 22nd and then a day camp on Monday, March 25th.

The Spring Break Zoo Camp includes up close animal encounters, zoo keeping activities, visits to the animal habitats, behind the scenes tours, arts and crafts, games, scientific experiments, carousel rides and other educational activities.

The Zoo Camp is aimed for children ages 5 through 10 years old. The hours for the camp are from 9 am to 4 pm. There will also be before care and after care from 8:15 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 5:30 pm for an additional charge.

The cost for the camp is $275 dollars for zoo members and $305 dollars for non-members. Before care is $20 dollars extra and after care is $50 dollars extra if you choose to use. Lunch can be provided for $54 dollars for the week or you can bring your own lunch.

The Palm Beach Zoo and Conversation Society house more than 550 animals, many of them are endangered within their 23 acres of tropical habits located in Dreher Park in West Palm Beach.
