The mission of BallenIsles Charities Foundation, located at 100 BallenIsles Circle, in Palm Beach Gardens is to render financial and in-kind support to civic and not-for-profit organizations within Palm Beach County that provide programs and services in the following broad categories – Civic, Health & Human Services, Environment, and Education – designed to assist, encourage, and promote the well-being of the residents and the communities in which they are located.

Since opening more than 25 years ago, the popular outdoor music venue has hosted thousands of concerts and music events in West Palm Beach. The venue has gone through six different name changes and is currently the iThink Financial Amphitheatre.

The venue is run by Live Nation, the world’s largest event and venue operator and promoter.  The outdoor venue holds roughly 20,000 people both under the canopy as well as in the grass areas surrounding the stage. The venue includes great food and drinks for purchase and parking for guests to enjoy. 

This Spring and Summer the lineup is filled with big music stars playing all the greatest hits and more.

Palm Beach County Commissions recently unanimously approved a deal to renovate the Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals in Jupiter. The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is set to undergo a $75.1 million dollar renovation that will keep the two MLB teams Spring Training in Jupiter through 2049. 

Commissioners voted 6-0 yesterday at a meeting in favor of renovating the local stadium. The renovation will include an upgraded stadium, new bullpens, pitching mounds, concession stands, locker room adjustments, renovated the teams’ clubhouses, and much more. 

Not only is the stadium home to two MLB teams during their Spring Training but also to two Minor League teams, The Jupiter Hammerheads, and the Palm Beach Cardinals.…

Formally known as Whitehall, The Flagler Museum is one of the most famous landmarks and homes on Palm Beach Island. The grand estate features more than 100,000 square feet filled with some of the most important Palm Beach history and history about The Gilded Age. 

The home belonged to Henry M Flagler, an American Industrialist and Founder of Standard Oil. The marvelous home was a gift to his wife Mary as a wedding gift. The home was commissioned by Flagler to Hastings and Carrere and was completed in 1902. Carrere and Hastings were also architects for other famous landmarks during the time, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, and the New York Public Library to name a few.

The iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is a popular attraction for both locals and visitors in the area. The bright red lighthouse tower stands on top of the mound overlooking the Jupiter Inlet and all who sail by. 

The lighthouse has been a Jupiter staple since May of 1860 when the tower was completed. The light that shines from the tower can be seen for 24 nautical miles at sea. Today, the lighthouse is open for tours and allows visitors to climb the 105 steps to the take and enjoy the view. The lighthouse also hosts several events each month for a chance for locals to experience and hang out at the lighthouse with your friends and neighbors.

The Royal Poinciana Plaza is located in the heart of Palm Beach Island. The outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment center is a popular destination for locals and visitors. The 180,000 square foot facility features lush gardens, courtyards, and has undergone a complete renovation and remodel a few years ago to bring the Plaza back to its original Palm Beach charm. 

The Plaza was designed in 1957 by architect and builder John Volk. Volk is known for designing homes for the Fords, Vanderbilt’s, Du Ponts, Pulitzers, and Dodges. The iconic West Palm Beach Okeechobee Steakhouse is opening a sister restaurant in Jupiter later this week. The new Lewis Steakhouse will debut this Friday, May 13th at 4 pm. This is the first time in nearly 75 years that the Okeechobee Family will be opening a new steakhouse. 

Lewis Steakhouse will serve dinner and happy hour specials nightly beginning at 4 pm. Lewis Steakhouse is located in the former Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant located Chasewood Plaza on Indiantown Road and Central Boulevard.

This May, the Pairings Food and Wine Event is celebrating its 10th Anniversary in downtown West Palm Beach. Gather all your friends and family for a fun event this May 26th.

The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium located in Jupiter’s Abacoa is hosting a few Minor League Baseball games this upcoming weekend. The first game begins tonight at 6:30 pm. 

The Roger Dean Stadium is home to two Palm Beach County Minor League Baseball teams, The Palm Beach Cardinals and The Jupiter Hammerheads. The stadium is a popular attraction during Spring Training when the two Major League Teams, The Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals hosts their Spring Training here in Jupiter.
