Every Monday evening, The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum hosts their popular Twilight at the Light yoga event. The event takes place at sunset at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum’s grounds.

All are welcomed to come and join in on the serenity of the yoga class taught by Mary Veal of Breathe Salt Yoga in Jupiter. The class is taught on the Lighthouse Deck at begins at sunset approximately at 6 pm.

If you plan on attending, please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and a flashlight to the class. The outdoor yoga class is weather dependent, check their website for updates if weather is bad. The 2020 Sea Turtle Nesting Season is set to begin March 1st and last until October 31st and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach is hoping for another record-breaking season. The beaches of Juno Beach will be monitored daily during this time and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and Juno Beach support nearly 5 percent of the world’s loggerhead sea turtles.

Along the 9.5 miles of sandy shoreline, thousands of sea turtles lay their eggs in the sand. The nests usually contain about 100 eggs in each and requires 45 to 60 days to hatch roughly.
