The Palm Beach Zoo is hosting a 6-day Spring Break Zoo Camp starting Monday, March 18th through Friday March 22nd and then a day camp on Monday, March 25th.

The Spring Break Zoo Camp includes up close animal encounters, zoo keeping activities, visits to the animal habitats, behind the scenes tours, arts and crafts, games, scientific experiments, carousel rides and other educational activities.

The Zoo Camp is aimed for children ages 5 through 10 years old. The hours for the camp are from 9 am to 4 pm. There will also be before care and after care from 8:15 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 5:30 pm for an additional charge.

This Saturday, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their Family Adventure Day: Celebrating Seminole Culture.

The Family Adventure Days are history inspired education and adventures to celebrate the unique culture of the Seminole Tribe in Florida. The waterfront activities are fun and educational for all ages. The morning will be filled with storytelling, demonstrations, games, activities, and arts and crafts at the iconic Lighthouse.

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting two events this Wednesday, March 13th, Hiking with Young Explorers and the Lighthouse Sunset Tour.

Hiking with Young Explorers: The staff of the lighthouse invites both young explorers and parents to their nature hike of the North Trail. The hike is led by Sophia Fonseca, the lighthouse site’s Natural Resource Specialist. She will lead the hike through the scrub and identify the animal tracks and how the animals move around.
