Mark your calendars to attend the highest rated polo tournament in North America! The annual Lucchese 40-Goal Challenge to benefit the Polo Players Support Group (PPSG) returns to the International Polo Club Palm Beach (IPC) in Wellington, Florida on Saturday, February 16.

The Lucchese 40-Goal Polo Challenge is the marquee fundraising event of the PPSG, which provides financial assistance to seriously injured or ill players and grooms.

The purchase of a VIP Package includes tickets to cocktail reception, seated dinner, and silent and live auctions following the 40-Goal match and awards presentation on the field. Over $320,000 was raised last year!

The American German Club of the Palm Beaches is hosting a German Beerfest this upcoming Sunday, February 17th in Lake Worth. There will be live Music and lots to eat and drink. It’s a great event for lovers of both beers and brats.

The cost of admission is just $25. Included in that are bottomless German and domestic beers, domestic wine, soft drinks and a heaping plate of German and American fare. They’ve also got lawn games and plenty of fun for the whole family.

This upcoming weekend the Delray Beach Open is back in Palm Beach County for a few days. Join some of the greatest tennis players and stars take to court for the 2019 Delray Beach Open. The Open starts this Friday, February 15th and goes until Sunday, February 24th. The 10-day tennis tournament features some of the best ATP Champion Tour players and ATP World Tour players. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach is hosting their weekly Evening Guided Tours. But this week they have changed it and made it a Valentine’s Day Edition.

The Evening Guided Tours of the Sea Turtle research and rehabilitation center includes the history and a personal up-close view of how the center works to provide care and rehabilitation to the endangered and injured sea turtles brought in to the center.

South Florida loves the arts!  The Art in State Buildings Program attains artwork for new public facilities built within the Sunshine State with state funding. This program requires “that up to .5% of the construction appropriation be set aside to acquire artwork for permanent display in, on or around the facility”.

The popular Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens is celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2019. Tomorrow, Saturday Feburary 9th is the big day for the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach. The museum opens its doors after eight years of construction and renovations. The museum has undergone a $100 million renovations that were done by the award-winning British Architectural Design and Engineering firm, Foster + Partners.

The museum had to start fundraising campaigns to raise $100 million dollars for the renovations and continued to raise money until the renovations were completed.
