Classical music, by definition, is music written in the European tradition during a period lasting approximately from 1750 to 1830. Such forms of the symphony, concerto, and sonata were standardized. Lynn University, 3601 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, offers a Conservatory of Music. The Lynn Philharmonia performs classical masterpieces during their recurrent concert sequence.
