Stand Up Paddleboard classes

Some sports that initially have been played outdside have also been brought inside, such as treadmills for runners and indoor wave pools for surfers as well as spin class for bicyclists. Now, they are adding another sport, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) to the indoor world!

From March 16th to March 20th, the Palm Beach Gardens Golf Course will be holding a "March Madness Spring Break Golf Camp" for children ages 5-17.

The camp will feature the NCAA Basketball Tournament's "March Madness" theme. The week will begin with participants representing some of college basketball's powerhouse teams. The participants will then train and compete in a "Final Four" style bracket for different competitions to see which team will win the Palm Beach Gardens March Madness.

The camp will wrap up on Friday with an awards ceremony following the end of camp tournament which parents are invited to attend.

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission biologists are marking Large Mouth Bass greater than 8 pounds with a dart tag for anglers who catch and release in Florida. Fishing for these big bass, freshwater anglers have the chance to win some awesome cash prizes!

A mix of clouds and sunshine is in the weekends forecast with slight chances of rain showers. Winds are NE about 10-15 mph. More spring like conditions are gathering in South Florida with 80 degree air temperatures and water temps are heating up to 70 degrees.

OFFSHORE- For those that are willing to deal with the rough conditions offshore, sailfish are being pushed south within 100-250 feet of water and big kingfish are scattered around Palm Beach to Boynton Beach.
