The Allianz Championship gets under way this Friday at Broken Sound in Boca Raton and is headlined by eight members of the World Golf Hall of Fame. 

The first full field event of the 2016 season will feature 77 golfers, headlined by local Boca Resident and 2010 winner and World Golf Hall of Famer Bernhard Langer. The other Hall of Fame members in the field are Jupiter resident Nick Price, Hale Irwin, Tom Kite, Sandy Lyle, Colin Montgomerie, Mark O'Meara and Curtis Strange. In addition to Langher, seven other defending champions will tee it up at Broken Sound this week, including Mike Goodes, Scott Hoch, Tom Lehman, Corey Pavin, Rocco Mediate, Michael Allen, and defending champion Paul Goydos.
