Green and Artisan Market
When the Jupiter Lighthouse was built in 1860, it was the only structure between Key West and Titusville. Today it is one of only 13 lighthouses of its kind in the country. It is one of Palm Beach County’s historic landmarks and it is in need of repair. The roof of the Jupiter Lighthouse is showing signs of corrosion. The nonprofit group, the Loxahatchee River Historical Society, is aiming to complete phase one of the roof repairs by December. A fundraiser will be held in November.
