The Royal Poinciana Plaza is excited to announce the return of SoulCycle. The series is part of the popular cycling studio’s SoulOutside by SoulCycle. Starting next week, SoulCycle is heading back to Palm Beach.

Classes being on Wednesday, December 23rd at the Royal Poinciana Plaza.  This will be SoulCycle’s third time in Palm Beach since they began their Destination Soul program a few years ago. Destination Soul brings SoulCycle cycling classes to area where there is not a studio.

Through the new SoulOutside series, SoulCycle is taking their 45-minute indoor cycle class outdoors. The classes will take place seven days a week during the winter at The Royal Poinciana Playhouse behind the outdoor shopping and lifestyle center.

Thanksgiving gatherings in South Florida may be different than in other parts of the United States just in part due to the glorious weather!  Bright skies, pleasant climate, and cool breezes are easy justifications to stay out of the kitchen and go outside with visiting family and friends.

Make time for a round of golf at one of the many signature golf courses in the Jupiter area. Have a smashing tennis match or leisurely day at the beach with guests by simplifying the Thanksgiving menu just a smidge. Grab your rod and reel Southeast Florida fishermen!  Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) announced the state is extending its Gulf red snapper season for several more dates in November. Additional dates will be November 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29. These added dates coincide with a statewide license-free saltwater fishing day, which will be on November 28, 2020. 

During this season, private recreational anglers may fish red snapper in Gulf state and federal waters. However, state for-hire operations are limited to fishing for red snapper in Gulf state waters only.

There was very little about this year's Masters that felt "traditional".

Normally held in April, the event was pushed back to mid-November due to the Covid pandemic. There were also no patrons and the par 3 contest, normally held on the eve of the first round, was also cancelled this year due to the pandemic. The only things that were "traditional" about the 2020 Masters were the pimento cheese sandwiches and the loaded leaderboard come Sunday.

When the dust settled, it was Dustin Johnson slipping on the Green Jacket, winning the second major of his career.

Halloween is upon us, and nothing could be scarier than what 2020 has doled out already, COVID19. No worries for sunny South Florida.  Social distance candy distribution for Halloween 2020 has not gone to the birds, it has gone to sports nuts! This year the simple act of trick or treating and handing out candy has become complicated and as such people are adjusting on how they plan to celebrate the holiday.
