Baseball season might be over in South Florida, but the Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter is hosting an event on Saturday, October 19th.

Head to Jupiter for the 5th Annual Charity Softball Game and Kids Fest 2019. The stadium along with many sponsors will host a charity softball game for the Florida Atlantic University’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities.

Along with the game, there will be plenty of family fun filled activities, games, food, petting zoo area, face painting, bounce houses, raffles, autograph signing, entertainment and much more.

Come and enjoy the serenity of Yoga on the Beach while listening to the sounds of the ocean’s waves.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is hosting a Deep Blue Yoga class on Saturday, October 19th following their Beach Clean Up. The yoga event is designed for all levels of yoga and all are encouraged to attend.

The Yoga class begins at 10 am and goes until 10:45 am and is free to attend. Donations are appreciated and will be donated and used towards the sea turtle conservation and awareness.

The baseball season might be over in South Florida but head to the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium for the National Night Out.

The Jupiter Police Department and Town of Jupiter are joining for the night to host the fun-filled event. The event was originally supposed to be in August but got cancelled and moved because of weather.

The event is free and is open to all members of the community. The event starts at 5 pm on Friday, October 18th at the stadium in Downtown Abacoa.

National Night Out will include safety demonstrations from the Jupiter Police Department, visits from Emergency Personnel, a number of emergency vehicles on display outside the stadium, kid’s activities and much more.

District Fit is returning for the fourth year in a row to downtown West Palm Beach for another edition. District Fit is a fitness festival that attracts more than 1,500 participants last year and is expected to be higher this year.

The ultimate Fitness Festival returns this October 10th through 13th at the Hilton West Palm Beach Hotel and Rosemary Square, the new CityPlace.

The festival aims to focus on the mindful movement, intentional physical fitness, preventative care and living a healthy conscious lifestyle. Head out this Saturday night for the ultimate Lights Out Trail Run in Jupiter. Head to Camp Tanah Keeta for the scariest 5K run this October.

Camp Tanah Keeta is a private 640-acre natural area that borders Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The haunted 5K run is for those 16 years old and older.
There aren’t many rules during your run or stay at the Camp expect from to listen to the Camp Ranger. The Camp Ranger’s rules include to not to go into the woods at night, stay inside your cabins and keep all the doors and windows locked.

Head to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum every Monday night to enjoy the outdoor Twilight Yoga at the Light.

Enjoy the serenity and relaxation of Yoga with your friends at sunset. The class is taught by Yoga instructor Mary Veal and the class is every Monday night. All levels of yoga are welcomed to attend. You are asked to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and flashlight.

The classes are weather dependent, and you are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early and meet at the Museum’s flagpole where you will be taken to the Lighthouse Deck for the class.

The class costs $10 dollars per person.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, second only to skin cancer. According to the 2019 U.S. Breast Cancer Statistics issued by Breastcancer.org an estimated 268,600 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 62,930 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer. About 2,670 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in men in 2019.

Tonight, starts the first series of Sunset Sweat in downtown West Palm Beach. If you’re looking to get your fall fitness plan started than this is for you.

Sunset Sweat is a series of free outdoor classes offered in West Palm Beach. The classes take place on the 300 block of Clematis Street between Dixie Highway and Olive Avenue. The classes start tonight and walk up’s are welcomed to join in on the classes which begin at 5:30 pm tonight.
