On Sunday, April 7th Martin Downs Golf Club in Palm City will host The Big Tournament. The event will benefit the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

Entry for the event is $200 per players and includes cart fees, a raflle ticket, goodie bag, lunch, and two tickets to The Taste of Martin County event held on April 9th. The Taste of Martin County even will take place at Memorial Park in Stuart.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO DO A GOOD DEED!  It is time for the monthly beach clean-up…Please join Lynne Wells and her group of Blue Friends Society on Saturday, March 16th, 2013 at 8:00am – 9:00am at the back gate of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center.  This is a perfect opportunity to keep our beautiful Juno beaches and ocean environments clean.  The clean-up lasts one hour and it is open to everyone who is interested.  Following the one hour clean up, volunteers are invited to join for a light refreshments sponsored by Whole Foods Market in Palm Beach Gardens. Attention, Jupiter anglers...pick up the latest in fishing strategies and techniques, as well as ideal locations, learn tides, moon phases, and the “how to” of catching any salt water game fish.  The educational course is the longest running course in the nation and will take place at the Jupiter High School Performing Arts Center, 500 North Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33477  from 9am – 4pm on March 2nd.

The Hobe Sound Festival

The Hobe Sound Festival of the Arts is now in its 12th year and the juried arts festival consists of over 200 sculptors, painters, jewelry makers, iron creators and other talented artists. Artisans from Palm Beach, Martin County and farther come to beautiful South Florida to display their wares.

Seafood Festival
