One of the most famous homes in Florida’s history is the Flagler Estate and Museum. In the early 1900’s, Henry Morrison Flagler as a wedding gift to his wife built in the incredible manor and named it Whitehall.

Surely, it is no surprise that Florida has stunning beaches and resorts with over 47 miles of pristine, white beaches. In the scuffle between East Coast and West Coast Florida beaches, the Travel Channel was able to discern through four weeks of voting which coast reigned supreme.  The sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Coast had an impressive 5 of the top beaches in Florida being on the East Coast and the Gulf Coast (West Coast of Florida) had a notable showing with the other 5 of the ten.

The Society of the Four Arts, 2 4 Arts Plaza, Palm Beach is presenting an exhibition of Bill Cunningham, fashion photographer/documenter.  Readers of The New York Times are aware of the man and recognize his name.  He is described as “a man with one camera, abundant energy and enthusiasm, and a passion for documenting fashion as he finds it on the streets of New York.”  If the fashion that catches his eye is on a designer runway, a society gala or the streets of the city he will capture it.  He is still documenting the latest trends, which are featured in The Times at the age of 87 years young.

Palm Beach Opera extends the invitation to see opera like you have never seen it before!  Palm Beach Opera’s Young Artists will perform a unique “cabaret style” show at the Palm Beach Improv, 550 South Rosemary Avenue, Suite #250, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 tonight only, February 24, 2016.

The celebrated photographer, Bill Cunningham will have some of his photos on display from January 23rd to March 3rd at the Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach. The collection is called “Facades” and has been a recognized collection organized by the New York Historical Society.

In 1968, seasoned photographer Bill Cunningham began an eight-year project to “document the architectural riches and fashion history of New York City. The project paired models – in particular his muse, fellow photographer Editta Sherman – in period costumes with historic settings.”

There will be about 80 original and enlarged photos of Cunningham’s on display. His work has been described as “whimsical yet bold” and is meant to inspire a different perspective of New York’s past to…
