Every Friday night, the Downtown at the Gardens hosts their popular weekly Friday Night Concerts. The concerts are free and feature a lineup of regional and local bands playing everything from pop, rock, jazz, country, blues, and more.

The concerts take place in the Centre Court of the outdoor lifestyle and shopping center. The concerts start at 6 pm and go until 9 pm. Seating is provided for those who attend. The next outdoor concert is this Friday, September 13th at 6 pm.

Every week from now until December, Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach hosts a weekly workout class.

Come and channel your inner drummer and performer and head to Pound for a free workout class. The class mixes movements and music together and the class is led by Alina Orenstein. The class is a drumming exercise class with weighted drums sticks designed to transform drumming into a fat burning, and body interval workout.

If you plan on attending, you are asked to bring a towel, water, and a mat. The workout class is this Friday from 6: 30 pm to 7:30 pm in Rosemary Square at the top level of the Hibiscus parking garage (level 6).
