Tonight, starts the first series of Sunset Sweat in downtown West Palm Beach. If you’re looking to get your fall fitness plan started than this is for you.

Sunset Sweat is a series of free outdoor classes offered in West Palm Beach. The classes take place on the 300 block of Clematis Street between Dixie Highway and Olive Avenue. The classes start tonight and walk up’s are welcomed to join in on the classes which begin at 5:30 pm tonight.

The classes range from Cycling, CrossFit, Free-Flow Yoga, Body Pump, Fight Camp, and much more. The classes are taught by Fitness Hub, The CrossFit Squad, Ultima Fitness Performance, and the Downtown West Palm Beach Wellness Hour. Every Thursday night throughout the year, downtown West Palm Beach hosts their weekly Clematis By Night event.

The popular event is a fan favorite among the locals and has been taking over on Thursday nights for the past 20 years and has hosted over 1,000 weekly concerts since it began. The award-winning outdoor concert series features great music, sidewalk shopping and entertainment.

Come and enjoy local music by some of the best local and regional bands in the area. The next Clematis By Night is this Thursday, September 26th at 6 pm until 9 pm. On the last Friday of the month, the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium hosts their reoccurring Night at the Museum event.

The popular event welcomes guests of all ages to come and enjoy the Science Center and Aquarium after hours. Every month the theme is different and this month the theme is Superhero Science. Superhero Science will feature live interactives with Superheroes, explore the new exhibit Hall of Heroes, arts and crafts, live demonstrations, face painting, shows, entertainment and much more. You are allowed to dress up as your favorite Superhero for the night.

There will be drinks and food from Wholesome Tummies Café available for purchase throughout the night.

Calling all fried chicken fans, The Regional Kitchen in West Palm Beach has won the award for the “Best Fried Chicken In Every State” for Florida.

Last month, a national online survey was conducted, and the winner was a restaurant in Belle Glade but most recently the Food Network conducted a study and The Regional Kitchen in West Palm Beach has won the award for the best fried chicken in the state of Florida.

The restaurant’s executive Chef Lindsay Autry adds her own spin to the classic southern fried chicken. The secret is sweet tea. Before the chicken gets fried, she brines the boneless chicken in sweet tea. By doing this the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.

Every week from now until December, Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach hosts a weekly workout class.

Come and channel your inner drummer and performer and head to Pound for a free workout class. The class mixes movements and music together and the class is led by Alina Orenstein. The class is a drumming exercise class with weighted drums sticks designed to transform drumming into a fat burning, and body interval workout.

If you plan on attending, you are asked to bring a towel, water, and a mat. The workout class is this Friday from 6: 30 pm to 7:30 pm in Rosemary Square at the top level of the Hibiscus parking garage (level 6).

Rosemary Square, formally known as CityPlace in West Palm Beach is currently undergoing a five-year, $550 million-dollar renovation that will transform the retail and entertainment center into a new community and vibrant destination for all who visit.

The new shopping and lifestyle destination will offer 72 acres of more retail space, a new hotel, art and cultural programs, and residences. The Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society is having a special deal this month of September. For the entire month of September on weekend only, Friday through Sunday, kids under the age of 13 will receive a free entry to the Zoo with a paid adult. The offer begins on Sunday September 1st and goes until Monday, September 30th.

The Coral Sky Amphitheatre is hosting a musical lineup of some of the biggest artists this fall. The Amphitheatre is a 20,000-seat open air venue in West Palm Beach at the South Florida Fairgrounds. The venue is operated by Live Nation, one of the world’s largest event venue promoter and operator.
