Find inner peace through the practice of mindfulness.   Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment the ability to be fully present, aware of what we are doing and where we are at, not responding to what is going on everywhere.  Mindful Magazine suggests that the “mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through.
