The space formerly occupied by Macy’s on Rosemary Avenue in CityPlace has undergone a transformation into an experiential cultural arts center. Known as the “Culture Lab,” sophisticated art experiences will be offered including culinary walk-up windows, educational programing and events, and art installations. The two-story building will feature an art assemblage on the first floor, a sound installation on the second floor, and an art installation on the exterior.

Palm Beach County’s largest public garden is celebrating its 40th year anniversary.  Mounts Botanical Gardens is a 14-acre paradise located at 531 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach. It is Palm Beach County's oldest and largest public garden with plants from six continents.

A week out from “mini-season,” the two day sport season that gives a chance for recreational divers to take home some fresh tail meat before the commercial fisheries cash in, Floridians and vacationers alike are excited for regular season to open.

2018 regular spiny lobster season dates are from August 6th to March 31st, and allow for licensed recreational divers to take home six lobsters per person per day. This bag limit applies to possession limit as well- on and off the water- and lobster must be brought to shore in whole condition. Seperating the tail from the body is prohibited in Florida state waters.

Starting tomorrow August 1st, the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach is hosting a series of Biologist Beach Walks through the beginning of September.

The Biologist Beach Walks is a program designed to give the public an insight into the Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s research department. The Marinelife center got permission from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. A permitted staff member from the Fish and Wildlife Conservation will guide guests down onto the beaches to discuss and learn more about the hatching and nesting process of sea turtles.

The walk program is $15 dollars per person and $12 dollars per person for Loggerhead Marinelife Center members. Registration is recommended to reserve your spot. Children ages 8 and older are welcome…

One of the longest running triathlons in the state of Florida takes place right in our backyard at Carlin Park in Jupiter. Participants have been competing in the Jupiter Medical Center Loggerhead Triathlon, produced by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, since 1985, putting this oceanside challenge on the southeast race circuit bucket-list for some of the top triathletes throughout the United States. Each year, more than 600 athletes participate in the Loggerhead Triathlon, with more than 150 volunteers providing support.

Two weeks into training camp, Miami Dolphins Quarterback Ryan Tannehill is more solid than ever, and Head Coach Adam Gase is not only cheering him on, but praising his high performance as “mistake-free”.

“[In 2016,] we were all trying to learn the offense and I was trying to learn [the team],” Gase said. “That was the early stages of the offense. Really, once we hit the spring last year, [Tannehill] was just trying to fine-tune more the throws, the pinpoint accuracy. Chicken tenders/fingers aren't all that complex. Take a chicken breast, bread it, fry it, and there you have it. Chicken tenders have been a staple of fast food restaurants and kids' menus far and wide. The Puritan Backroom in Manchester, N.H., claims to have invented the tenders back in 1974. The Thursday night tradition in downtown West Palm Beach is the reoccurring, Clematis By Night. Clematis By Night has been a free weekly outdoor concert series that has been running for the last 22 years.
