This Sunday, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is hosting a family fun day at Carlin Park in Jupiter in honor of two local children battling blood cancer. All admission proceeds will benefit the Society.

The Hanley Foundation invites you to tee off at the 19th Annual Golf Classic at Admirals Cove, Jupiter on Monday, April 16, 2018. Hanley Foundation’s mission is to offer substance abuse prevention and education programs for parents, caregivers and school-age children. The Hanley Foundation provides financial aid scholarships for patients who could not otherwise afford addiction treatment. South Pacific is a classic romantic musical set on an island in the South Pacific during World War II. A young nurse falls in love with a Frenchman, Emile De Becque, whom has lived on the island for many years. Their romance being tested by prejudices and politics of their time. Attention parents of young kids! The Town of Jupiter Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department is hosting a free event called 'Connecting Cops & Toddlers' on Tuesday, March 6th, where you can bring your child to meet local officers from the Jupiter Police Department.

Officers' relationships with kids are critical in today's society. Start them off young with this awesome opportunity to show them all the work our town heroes do like fighting crime and keeping our neighborhoods safe! 

Your toddler will get to listen to a police story from Officer Sherry Bodenheimer and Officer Chip Crawford, see JPD police gear, and explore the police cruisers!

Once a month, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum host a hike through their 120-acre Outstanding Natural Area.

The next hike will be on March 3rd. The group leaves from the flag pole at 8:30 a.m. Enjoy a 2-mile trek through the area, learning about the topography and natural history, stopping at historic points along the way including the Lighthouse.

The hike lasts about two hours until 10:30. Kids have to be over age 5 and those under 13 need to be accompanied by an adult. Wear hiking footwear, active wear, a hat, sunglasses, and bring a big bottle of water because you'll be out in the sun.
