Located seven miles north of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens is known for its excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and Legacy Place. Boating and fishing are plentiful, as are beautiful luxurious waterfront homes, some even sitting directly on the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, if not the Intracoastal Waterway.

It's no secret that the beaches here are beautiful and a great way to spend the day but even if you’re like most of us with families, jobs, to-do lists etc. that may not be possible. Why not take a little time for yourself?  Carve out 5 minutes to sit quietly, breathe and observe a sunrise or sunset and center yourself.
