Experience a one-of-a-kind interactive sound and light show in West Palm Downtown Beach. The interactive art installation, known as “Impulse”, will bring the delight to people of all ages. “Impulse” is a publicly activated light and sound experience. Synchronized sounds will illuminate the seesaws when in motion on Clematis Street from February 15th to March 29th, 2020. Winner’s Circle Charities was the first organization cleared by the President of OBB to arrive at the docks, and swiftly organized donation drop-off locations, sponsored Costco trips, and secured hundreds of boats to respond to the needs of families and friends in the Bahamas. Rest assured, OBB is back and better than ever! Effective January 1, 2020, South Florida motorists must stop texting while driving, unless they want a citation. Florida Statute Section 316.305 now allows law enforcement to stop motor vehicles appearing to be texting and driving and issue citations. The new law also bans the use of smartphone devices in construction and school zones. Drivers can still text while stopped at a red light, or at any point when their vehicle is stationary. Florida has become the latest state to make texting while driving a primary traffic offense, essentially meaning that law enforcement will be able to pull over drivers just for texting and driving.
