Life can be very chaotic and a day at the spa day may not be in the cards. Palm Beach County has built in “calm” just by taking in a stunning sunrise or spectacular sunset.  With first light and last light times you can indulge in self-awareness and tranquility.

It's no secret that the beaches here are beautiful and a great way to spend the day but even if you’re like most of us with families, jobs, to-do lists etc. that may not be possible. Why not take a little time for yourself?  Carve out 5 minutes to sit quietly, breathe and observe a sunrise or sunset and center yourself.

Pizza is a one of the staples of “American consumed” food and local Tequesta restaurants have quite the reputation for creating delicious stone baked tomato pies.  These days pizzas have evolved and morphed into a healthy option for lunch or dinner.Back in 18th century Naples, busy workers needed a food they could eat on-the-go, in between shifts.  The pizza we enjoy came about an inexpensive, easy-to-eat meal for workers. Just like the old-world workers, we find that ordering nutritious, veggie packed pizza allows us to take one more thing to do off the plate.

Seasoned flatbreads were essentially a precursor to pizza.  In some Mediterranean cultures, stone-baked flatbreads made of flour and water were a humble and satisfying meal. To this day pizza…

Taste is so subjective…however many agree that Northern Palm Beach County has great fried chicken places. The crispiness of the outer breaded covering is perhaps the most important factor in how the taste of fried chicken is perceived.

The chef, is very creative with menu selections and dishes can be made to order on either small or large plates, depending on your appetite. On the menu is the Boneless Southern Fried Chicken & Waffles. It is quite imaginative and flavorful.  The fried chicken is a signature dish and after a taste, you will know why.  The chicken is…
